In regards to the nature of our products, All Skin and Hair Care Products cannot be returned once received and opened.
Our shipping timeline is 3-5 Working days from order confirmation.
Returns are only valid when the reason for return is any of the below:
- Customers can get a refund within 14 days from the day of purchase
- Receiving a Wrong Item
- Defective Item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process

- Our courier service will pick up the returned order.
- Items will be validated for return eligibility.
- If Eligible, your money will be refunded minus the shipping fees.
